MC 4315 Web design & Publishing
These projects showcase my work in travel-focused web design and storytelling. The first, a Tennessee Travel Guide, highlights the beauty and experiences of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge through a multi-section site featuring local history, activities, and tips. The second, LocalEyes, is a mock business website concept that allows travelers to book local guides for authentic experiences. Together, they reflect my skills in web design, content curation, and creating user-friendly platforms that connect people with places and stories.

MC 4326 advanced social media & analytics
In this course, my team collaborated with real clients to create detailed social media analytics reports. We gathered data, identified audience insights, and provided strategy recommendations to improve engagement and brand performance across platforms.

MC 3390 Media design
In this course, I explored branding, layout, and visual storytelling through hands-on design projects. I created Heart, a magazine celebrating love and identity from the female and queer perspective, and rebranded Droolin’ Good Pet Bakery with a fresh, modern look that reflects warmth and personality.

MC 4328 DMI Capstone
Orbit was a collaborative research and concept project created by my three-person team to address the rising loneliness young adults experience and the lack of friendship-focused platforms. Through market research and competitive analysis, we identified gaps in existing apps and designed Orbit as a solution centered on interest-based matching, campus networks, and real-world meetups. I contributed to the research, writing, visual development, and together we created full mockups and individual websites to bring the concept to life. Explore the full experience here.

I created engaging reels, and collaborated with team members to highlight the restaurant’s local charm and seasonal dishes. I refined our content strategy to strengthen community engagement and expand local visibility. This portfolio includes three featured reels that showcase my creative direction, storytelling, and visual editing style.

Texas state University – school of journalism and mass communication
I led creative campaigns that strengthened the school’s visual identity and student engagement. I combined illustration, layout design, and branding strategy to bring the school’s communications to life across campus and online.
